The Art Clerk provides essential support to the graphic design team, ensuring artwork is up‑to‑date, suppliers are coordinated, and administrative tasks run smoothly. Key responsibilities

• Update existing artwork and occasionally create new designs.
• Communicate artwork specifications to vendors and transmit final files.
• Contact suppliers to gather information and deliver final artwork.
• Track inventory and order supplies for the art department.
• File artwork and assist with all departmental administrative tasks.

Required profile

• College diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in a similar role is a strong asset.
• Good creative and design sensibility.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
