Art Clerk – Graphic Design Support

About the role
The Art Clerk provides essential support to the graphic design team, ensuring artwork is up‑to‑date, suppliers are coordinated, and administrative tasks run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with a creative eye and strong organizational abilities who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Update existing artwork and occasionally create new designs.
- Communicate artwork specifications to vendors and transmit final files.
- Contact suppliers to gather information and deliver final artwork.
- Track inventory and order supplies for the art department.
- File artwork and assist with all departmental administrative tasks.
Required profile
- College diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience in a similar role is a strong asset.
- Good creative and design sensibility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Macintosh operating system.
