Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design across our AI‑powered workflow agents for banks and credit unions. You will shape complex, regulated enterprise experiences, working closely with co‑founders, product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for major product surfaces, from discovery through visual systems.
• Design interfaces for enterprise software and multi‑step workflows, translating banking requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers to define problems, scope solutions and make trade‑offs.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high‑quality execution and maintain design systems as the product scales.
• Incorporate trust, transparency and control into AI‑driven interfaces.
• Participate in user research, usability testing and iterative refinement with real customers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product design experience, primarily in enterprise or B2B software.
• Proven track record designing complex systems such as dashboards, workflows or regulated products.
• Strong interaction design and information architecture abilities.
• Experience working closely with engineering in fast‑moving product teams.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating problem‑solving depth.
