Appointment Setter – Remote Sales & Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join a Canadian real‑estate client on a full‑time remote basis. You will be the first point of contact for inbound callers and will nurture existing leads, qualifying prospects and securing appointments for field sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and engage prospective customers.
• Consistently follow up with existing leads via phone.
• Re‑engage prospects who have not yet moved forward.
• Qualify prospects and assess their level of interest.
• Schedule appointments for field sales representatives to visit customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Identify opportunities to advance qualified prospects toward a sale.
• Potentially assist with closing deals when appropriate.
• Record all calls, follow‑ups, and interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead hand‑off.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling rejection.
• Strong persistence, motivation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to work an evening‑oriented schedule (approximately 11:00 AM–7:00 PM MT).
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• CRM or similar tool for record‑keeping.
