About the role
This hybrid Appointment Setter position is based in Fraser Valley, BC, with the flexibility to work partially from home. You will support the sales and marketing teams by arranging meetings with prospective clients and generating new leads.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar for sales representatives.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through lead generation activities.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support the team by tracking outreach metrics and updating records.
Required profile
- Proven experience in appointment setting or scheduling.
- Strong lead generation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or sales is a plus.
