About the role
Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team that delivers the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while ensuring the store meets performance goals and business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high‑performing team.
- Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
- Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
- Maintain company policies, protect assets, and ensure confidentiality of business and customer information.
- Support recruiting, training, and retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency required for Quebec‑based roles.
