Aesthetic Technician – Beauty & Medical Aesthetics

About the role

Dermapure, a leading non‑invasive medical aesthetics brand with 68 clinics across Canada, is seeking a skilled Technician to deliver high‑end skin rejuvenation treatments. You will work closely with the clinic director to implement personalized treatment plans and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments following Dermapure protocols and standards.
• Execute treatment plans defined during client consultations and adjust them over time.
• Provide post‑treatment follow‑ups and advise clients on beauty routines using the Functionalab product line.
• Encourage product renewals and act as a Beauty Coach to foster client loyalty.
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Required profile

• Diploma in Esthetics.
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar aesthetic role.
• Certification on clinic‑specific platforms and a diploma in photoepilation are assets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated integrity, initiative, autonomy, leadership, teamwork and effective communication.
