About the role
The Wealthy Life Group at Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support both operational and client‑facing activities. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing administrative precision with creative marketing support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage new account openings, client confirmations, documentation, and coordinate with internal operational teams.
- Maintain and update client account information, process revisions, and facilitate asset transfers.
- Prepare client correspondence, tax documents, business reports, investment policy statements, portfolio evaluations, and proposals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support team initiatives and identify operational issues.
- Deliver high‑standard client service via phone, email, and in‑person, fostering strong relationships.
- Support business development through prospecting assistance and client‑facing initiatives.
- Manage compliant digital marketing content on LinkedIn and the team website, coordinate newsletters, market updates, educational resources, and event invitations.
- Monitor engagement metrics, maintain client segmentation lists, and ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements.
