About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support Talent Acquisition Operations for a fully remote team across Canada. You will play a key part in managing offer creation, candidate coordination, and post‑acceptance processes, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and assemble offer letters and summaries using provided inputs.
- Coordinate DocuSign offer packets, verify envelope accuracy, and upload signed documents into Workday.
- Maintain offer acceptance trackers and keep hiring records up to date.
- Support offer extensions, testing, and post‑acceptance activities.
- Communicate workflow updates to recruiters, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Share country‑specific offer templates and onboarding documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements for documentation and workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
