About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to keep the Ottawa office running smoothly. This full‑time, on‑site position supports day‑to‑day operations, assists the Cost Centre Lead, and contributes to proposals and business development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, presentable office environment, including kitchen and communal areas.
- Order and manage office supplies, food, and other goods, liaising with suppliers.
- Organise team events of various sizes, handling logistics, bookings, catering and communications.
- Support the preparation and coordination of bids and proposals, organising inputs, managing document production and ensuring quality standards.
- Assist with drafting and formatting fee letters, boilerplate proposal content and submission documents.
- Provide executive assistance to the Cost Centre Lead, managing calendars and routine administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Self‑starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and personable.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of professional standards.
- Interest in developing a long‑term career within a professional services firm.
