Account Manager – HORECA & Office Sales (Remote – Quebec)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join Nespresso Canada’s B2B sales team. Working remotely from Quebec, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager B2B and be responsible for growing and maintaining our presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and Office sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new HORECA and office customers within the assigned Quebec territory.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts, managing contractual coffee consumption.
- Optimize customer profitability while ensuring compliance with corporate and regional channel guidelines.
- Perform weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance and key business KPIs.
- Increase brand visibility through strategic machine placements and high‑impact customer acquisition activities.
- Execute the operational plan for HORECA and office channels to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the key‑account team and other internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Passionate brand ambassador with a results‑driven mindset.
- Strong sales background, preferably in B2B or hospitality environments.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting.
