Account Manager – B2B Sales

About the role
The Account Manager will drive Hertz’s strategic growth by acquiring new B2B accounts and expanding business with existing clients. You will work on a world‑class selling team, focusing on revenue generation across corporate, insurance, leisure, government and travel agency segments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold‑calling, direct mail, email and networking.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, providing ongoing support for their rental needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to design and execute sales initiatives that increase rental volume.
- Communicate market trends, challenges and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare pricing proposals, present solutions and document all sales activities.
- Report on activity, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- College diploma or university degree.
- Five or more years of large‑account management experience with proven revenue growth.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and experience in the service/car‑rental industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Salesforce.
