3DEXPERIENCE Consultant – Engineering Digitization & PLM

About the role

Join a leading digital engineering practice to help world‑class clients transform product development and manufacturing using Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE solutions. You will work on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, bridging engineering, PLM and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise on 3DEXPERIENCE implementations for large‑scale projects.
• Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and support solution design alongside architects.
• Lead or participate in specification workshops and business‑process design sessions.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and document system issues; ensure successful deployment.
• Prepare and deliver organizational change management activities, training plans and user documentation.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, develop test cases and report progress.
• Analyze and design solution enhancements, perform feasibility studies and process‑design reviews.
• Travel up to 80% to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or other Dassault Systèmes products.
• At least 2 years experience in IT systems for manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English; ability to interact with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada.
