Teamcenter Business Consultant

About the role

As a Teamcenter Business Consultant within Accenture's Industry X team, you will help clients leverage digital technologies to transform product development, manufacturing, and service value chains across multiple sectors. You will work on complex PLM projects, providing domain expertise and guiding customers through requirements, design, implementation, and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise on Teamcenter and PLM solutions for complex projects.
• Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and support solution design.
• Lead or participate in specification workshops and business process design sessions.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, documenting resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver organizational change management activities, including training plans and user training.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, develop test cases, and validate solutions.
• Report progress, manage issues, and support post‑implementation maintenance and enhancements.
• Travel up to 80% to client sites as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in PLM consulting or related business analysis.
• Proven ability to work on multi‑disciplinary projects and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and training.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
