About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and people‑focused Workplace Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of our busy corporate office in Montreal. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and external vendors, helping to create a welcoming and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception and oversee daily office operations.
- Support employee experience initiatives and coordinate internal events.
- Collaborate with vendors, building management, and maintenance teams.
- Handle workplace requests, onboarding/offboarding processes, and general office administration.
- Maintain office standards, meeting spaces, and safety procedures.
- Assist with workplace reporting and drive operational improvements.
Required profile
- Experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities, or administration.
- Strong organisational, communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
