Workfront Fusion Business Architecture Team Lead/Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Workfront Fusion specialist to design, build, and deploy integration solutions that connect Adobe Workfront with third‑party systems. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable automations and collaborating with architects and consultants across client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Fusion scenarios integrating Adobe Workfront with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Slack, Veeva, Salesforce, and others.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Workfront solution architects and consultants to define optimal Fusion‑based solutions.
• Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions and technical discovery workshops.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure reliability and performance of existing Fusion scenarios.
• Perform unit, system, and regression testing to ensure data integrity and proper error handling.
• Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications while ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.
• Support user training and onboarding for Fusion workflows and stay current with Workfront releases and Fusion enhancements.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience on marketing technology implementation projects.
• 1+ years hands‑on experience developing Workfront Fusion workflows and automations.
• Foundational experience with APIs, JSON, REST, and data‑mapping principles.
• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification or active pursuit of certification.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and strong English communication skills for interaction with global stakeholders.
