Adobe Workfront Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront Consultant to join its Business Architecture team. The role involves hands‑on configuration and consulting to help clients adopt Adobe Workfront and drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Workfront solutions across implementations, assessments, administration, and end‑user training.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, design and configure Workfront objects, and lead discovery sessions with clients.
• Collect requirements, identify gaps, configure custom forms, templates, reports, dashboards, approval processes, and more.
• Manage client expectations, coordinate acceptance testing, and resolve issues throughout delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years leading Workfront implementations or system administration.
• 2+ years independently configuring and optimizing Workfront environments.
• Strong communication and client‑engagement skills; ability to lead discovery sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and English fluency.

Required skills

• Adobe Workfront (certified or pursuing certification).
• Workfront Fusion integration experience.
• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (Workfront, Campaign, Experience Platform, Marketo, or Analytics) – preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, campaign planning, creative operations, or UX disciplines – preferred.
