Warehouse Worker – Picking, Packing & Shipping

About the role

Allegion is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support its distribution operations in Edmonton. You will work on a 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift, handling receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Pick orders using RF scanners from rack pick slots.
• Perform inventory counting and general warehouse housekeeping.
• Pack orders on conveyor belts and operate wrap machines.
• Label and prepare packed orders for shipment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• License to operate order pickers, Raymond reach trucks, narrow‑aisle trucks, pallet jacks, and powered walkies (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb manually and operate manual equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, and crouch for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adjust shifts as business demands require.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $45,000 – $65,000 CAD per year.
• Eligibility for a 5% performance bonus.
