About the role
Veer Logistics is seeking a reliable truck driver to transport goods across various locations. The position offers flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and on‑call shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Operate and drive straight‑or‑articulated trucks to transport materials.
- Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant driving experience.
- Mountain‑driving expertise and strong customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Air Brakes Endorsement.
- Class 1/1F/A licence for semi‑trailer trucks.
