Warehouse Worker – Packaging

About the role

Thermon is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support its packaging operations. The role involves accurately packing products, inspecting items, and maintaining an organized, safe work environment within the packaging department.

Key responsibilities

• Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards and timelines.
• Inspect products and accompanying documentation for accuracy, completeness, and quality before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area and related inventory spaces.
• Organize, stock, and replenish packaging materials as needed.
• Transport materials from the Cata‑Dyne testing area to packaging or inventory zones following inspection.
• Follow established packing procedures, including FIFO and material‑flow practices.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the packaging process.
• Work effectively in a high‑volume, results‑driven environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and a well‑organized workplace.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and product applications quickly.

Required skills
