Warehouse Worker

Excel Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse worker to add to our growing team. If you are highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, an initiative‑taker with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Ship and receive product from various transportation modes.
• Manage inventory of incoming and outgoing product.
• Pick orders and set aside for customer pick‑up.
• Accurately complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provide quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promote a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complete reports by entering the required information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required profile

• Valid Forklift License is an asset.
• 2+ years related experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Customer service capabilities are an asset.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
