About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the operational logistics of Upper Crust Bakery Express Inc. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Surrey, BC and focuses on maintaining efficient warehouse processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and plan operational logistics, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate activities with other work units, preparing and submitting regular reports.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend improvements to productivity and product quality.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff, assigning and reviewing work assignments.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent 1‑2 year diploma.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for early‑morning, morning or day shifts.
- Commitment to youth development through on‑the‑job training, mentorship and awareness training.
