About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operational logistics, coordinate activities, and manage a small team at our Hanna facility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop specific plans to prioritize work.
- Organize tasks to accomplish daily objectives.
- Oversee and plan operational logistics of the organization.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Train workers in duties, policies, and safety procedures.
- Arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Assign, review, and supervise work of 3‑4 team members.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Flexible, proactive and able to exercise good judgement.
- Organized, reliable and a team player.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Capable of handling heavy loads and meeting tight deadlines.
