Inventory Clerk

About the role

The Inventory Clerk will support the warehouse operations of K&D Enterprises in Hanna, AB. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth flow of materials to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and provide customer service regarding material availability.
• Calculate order costs, generate invoices, and forward them to the appropriate accounts.
• Prepare, maintain and file purchasing documents, reports and purchase orders.
• Set up and manage the inventory control system, verifying stock levels and availability.
• Compile inventory reports, monitor stock rotation and reconcile physical counts with system data.
• Record quantities, types and values of stock using computerized or manual inventory methods.
• Verify receipts and packing slips to ensure accurate receiving.
• Maintain accurate records of issued materials and overall inventory levels.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP education.
• 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, reliable team player capable of handling repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
