Warehouse Supervisor (Food Processing)

About the role

Warehouse supervisor needed to oversee operations in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) food processing environment. The role involves planning logistics, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth equipment operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Prepare and submit reports on operations.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging maintenance and repair work.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train workers in duties and policies, assign and review work.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; organize and maintain inventory.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• WHMIS Certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment handling heavy loads.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Efficient interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, good judgement, organization, reliability and teamwork.
