Food & Beverage Processing Foreperson

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Processing Foreperson to lead a small team in our Woodbridge plant. You will ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Minimize hazards throughout the food production process and enforce safety procedures.
• Train staff on job duties, safety protocols and company policies.
• Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of 3‑4 workers, reviewing work as needed.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and performance improvements.

• Attention to detail, good judgement and organized approach to meet production schedules.
