Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Scarborough facility. The role involves directing commercial facility activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining efficient inventory flow for cosmetics and toiletries products.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control all warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, sorting, and storage of incoming parts and supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory records and internal record‑keeping systems.
• Handle and store hazardous and dangerous goods in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
• Communicate with suppliers, ships, aircraft, and remote operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular inspections and hazard mitigation.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education.
• 3 to less than 5 years of material handling or warehouse management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple administrative procedures.
