Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of operational logistics for Quest Audio Visual Inc. This role coordinates activities across departments, ensures smooth equipment operation, and maintains inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will support a fast‑paced environment while focusing on productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize specific logistics plans to meet organizational goals.
• Organise tasks, oversee operational logistics, and coordinate with other work units.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance.
• Arrange maintenance, repair work and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Requisition, order, and manage materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and handle heavy loads safely.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of logistics or related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail‑oriented.
