Warehouse Manager

About the role

Flow‑X is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its Rocky View facility. The role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions, ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, picking and shipping.
• Supervise, train and schedule warehouse staff while fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of 99.95% through audits, cycle counts and system reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal protocols.
• Coordinate with customer service, suppliers and carriers to achieve on‑time fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity and quality KPIs such as units per hour and accuracy targets.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimise layout for better flow and storage density.
• Manage warehouse budgets, expenses and performance reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and driver’s licence.
• Ability to work in various warehouse conditions, including cold storage.
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English for customer communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Forklift operation and certification.
