Video & Design Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Video & Design Lead to head our design and video editing teams for performance creative. This full‑time, fully remote position reports to the Director of Performance Creative and will shape how creative is produced, ensuring speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and video editing teams, set quality standards, keep work on track and develop team members.
• Build and refine production systems—including briefs, handoffs, QA and capacity planning—to scale output without losing craft.
• Connect creative strategy to production, ensuring the strategy is executed quickly and without friction.
• Define and monitor KPIs for speed, quality and revisions, and act on the data.
• Test, adopt and systematize AI tools for design, editing and content generation.
• Stay ahead of paid‑social trends and guide the next wave of performance creative.

Required profile

• A designer first with exceptional taste and craft.
• An operator who holds the team accountable, removes blockers and raises standards.
• A systems thinker who builds processes, identifies bottlenecks and fixes them.
• Fluent in AI content creation, using tools daily and knowing where they fit in a workflow.
• Grounded in performance creative, curious about what makes ads succeed on paid social.

Required skills

• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating taste, craft and systems thinking.
• Experience leading or managing creative teams.
• Track record of building lasting creative processes.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
