About the role
The Vice President of Sales will drive new‑logo acquisition and gross new bookings for Fulfillment IQ, a supply‑chain engineering and transformation firm. This senior, consultative sales leader will build pipelines, close complex services‑led deals, and establish the brand with enterprise clients across warehouse operations, logistics technology, AI implementations, and supply‑chain strategy engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Own new‑logo revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Design and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies for new clients.
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Hire, coach, and scale a high‑performing hunter sales team.
- Set quotas, coverage models, and performance standards for Account Executives.
- Establish repeatable go‑to‑market motions by value stream.
- Ensure disciplined discovery, solution qualification, and deal execution.
Required profile
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise services or technology sales experience.
- Proven success selling consulting, systems integration, or custom software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience selling into supply‑chain, logistics, or fulfillment environments.
- Track record of building and leading hunter sales teams.
- Strong executive presence and discovery skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, growth‑stage environments.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary $170k‑$200k CAD with OTE up to $350k CAD (total compensation $420k‑$550k CAD).
- Hybrid work model based in Toronto.
