Verification Engineer – Product Verification & Validation

About the role

The Verification Engineer will lead verification and validation activities for gas‑monitor products, ensuring they meet quality, reliability, and schedule targets. You will own complex workstreams, define and execute I&V plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of verification workstreams and manage complex content tasks.
• Represent verification in cross‑functional development teams and lead test teams.
• Define I&V plans, coordinate inter‑domain verification, and assess product maturity.
• Estimate effort, plan resources, and provide recommendations based on test coverage.
• Continuously improve test frameworks, verification processes, and test infrastructure.
• Produce clear, traceable documentation of verification results.
• Promote a “Quality First” mindset and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under broad direction.
• Motivation to translate academic knowledge into practical engineering solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.

Required skills

• Experience with verification and validation methodologies.
• Familiarity with test framework development and test infrastructure.
