Venture & Growth Co‑op Internship – Summer/Fall 2027

About the role

Use your critical thinking skills in a fast‑growing private‑equity environment. BCI is looking for a motivated co‑op student to support the Venture and Growth team during a Summer 2027 term (May‑August) or a combined Fall 2027 / Winter 2028 term (September‑April).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence and screening of live investment opportunities.
• Prepare and review investment memoranda and quarterly portfolio updates.
• Analyze investment performance at both individual and aggregate levels.
• Perform sector research and market intelligence summarisation.
• Support special projects and help drive innovation through new applications.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in business, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
• Strong work ethic, initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Passion for investing, venture capital and growth equity.
• Academic record demonstrating high achievement.
• Participation in investment clubs or case competitions is a plus.

Required skills

• Financial analysis and modelling.
• Due‑diligence and investment research.
• Effective written communication for memoranda and reports.
