Key responsibilities

• Scout market inefficiencies, consumer trends, and technology shifts to generate high‑velocity digital ventures.
• Design economic engines, incentive structures, and financial models that ensure long‑term sustainability.
• Deploy rigorous quantitative and qualitative validation frameworks to stress‑test concepts before capital deployment.
• Craft and execute go‑to‑market strategies, identifying distribution channels and growth loops for early adoption.
• Partner closely with incoming founders and executive talent, providing strategic backbone during early formation.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end incubation pipeline, guiding ventures from blueprint through proof‑of‑concept to independent execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching digital products, platforms, or companies from the ground up.
• Strong analytical rigor, using market data, user behavior, and financial projections for decision‑making.
• Hyper‑availability to work on‑call seven days a week, handling rapid incubation cycles.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, including decentralized networks and digital asset mechanics.
• Operational excellence with the ability to manage multiple venture blueprints and founder workstreams simultaneously.
