UX Researcher – AI Trainer (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to help train AI models that generate UI/UX designs. You will evaluate AI‑generated mockups, critique their visual and interaction quality, and provide detailed feedback that guides model improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual assets.
• Assess the correctness, usability, and aesthetic quality of AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model understanding of design principles.
• Collaborate on design‑focused AI training projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and presentation evaluation.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
