UX Designer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to help train AI models that generate design outputs. In this remote contractor role you will evaluate AI‑generated UI/UX concepts, provide detailed feedback, and guide the models toward better aesthetic and usability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual assets.
• Assess the correctness, performance, and visual quality of model outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to improve the AI’s understanding of design principles.
• Collaborate on design‑specific AI training projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
