User Experience Designer – SAP Fiori

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer with deep expertise in SAP Fiori to join its design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user‑centric interfaces for enterprise applications, ensuring they align with both user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications using SAP Fiori guidelines and UI5 controls.
• Develop low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity wireframes to visualize workflows, layouts, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate and iterate on design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, documentation, and style guides tailored to Fiori applications.
• Work within agile development cycles, balancing rapid iteration with high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional UX design experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Fiori (UI5, Fiori Elements).
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and ability to align designs with business goals.
