Tumbling Technician – CNC Assembly & QC

About the role

We are seeking a CNC Tumbling Technician to join our Assembly and Quality Control team in Cambridge, Ontario. You will operate tumbling equipment to finish CNC‑machined parts, ensuring they meet our quality standards while keeping production flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into tumbling machines for finishing.
• Run tumbling cycles and monitor equipment performance.
• Inspect finished parts for burrs, sharp edges, damage or other defects.
• Clean, sort, and organize parts after processing.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work area and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to perform repetitive manual work.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting parts or bins.
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to relocate to Cambridge if necessary.

Required skills

• Operation of CNC tumbling equipment.
• Basic mechanical inspection of finished parts.
