About the role
Rapidx Transport Inc is seeking a Truck Driver Supervisor to oversee daily driving operations and improve work methods. The role combines hands‑on driving supervision with process optimisation in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend measures to improve work methods and productivity.
- Supervise workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities.
- Provide technical advice, resolve work problems, and ensure product quality.
- Train staff or arrange training, and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
