Order (Fulfillment) Experience Team Lead

About the role

Lead the Order Experience team in a fast‑growing eCommerce warehouse, overseeing picking, packing and shipping of highly configurable products. The role works a morning shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) in a modern, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily departmental activities, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Own end‑to‑end order fulfillment processes using WMS and ERP, including special instructions and aging order investigations.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and ensure accurate order information across systems.
• Track, analyze and report KPIs, providing operational updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Inventory and Production teams to prioritize orders and resolve escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support technology projects.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in a modern eCommerce warehouse environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with flawless English.
• Proven coaching and mentorship track record in a high‑performance setting.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑sufficient, resourceful and proactive.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS platforms and understanding of order flow.
• Knowledge of Lean principles for warehouse management and process optimization.

• Salary $60,000–$65,000 per year.
