Treasury Analyst

About the role

The Vancouver Airport Authority is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support its financial operations. You will work in a hybrid setting, contributing to risk assessment, cash‑flow planning, and the preparation of financial statements for a public utility environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate financial risk and maintain a regular risk profile for debt portfolios.
• Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets.
• Plan short‑ and long‑term cash flows and assess overall financial performance.
• Project cash‑flow and financing requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and develop financial and operating plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Experience in a public utility or service company environment.
