Transformation Change Manager - Utilities

About the role

As a Transformation Change Manager you will partner with utility clients to design and execute human‑centered change programs that increase agility, capability and productivity. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organisations through large‑scale transformation and helping them become resilient in a digital world.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clients through end‑to‑end transformation processes that improve organisational capability.
• Develop agile, human‑centered change strategies aligned with digital objectives.
• Translate client strategic direction into holistic change roadmaps.
• Design and implement change initiatives that reshape culture and operating models.
• Apply leading‑practice tools such as predictive analytics, engagement and facilitation techniques, and experience‑design using personas.
• Support clients in building resilience and adaptability to ambiguity.
• Contribute to Accenture’s business development through proposals and client relationship management.
• Help grow the Talent & Organization practice by conducting market research, creating points‑of‑view, and managing knowledge assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of dedicated change‑management experience.
• 5 + years working within the utilities industry.
• University degree required.
• Fluent English for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US and global locations.

• Experience‑design techniques using personas and organizational analytics.
