Tim Hortons Food Service Manager

About the role

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time Food Service Manager to lead the Tim Hortons team in Canora, Saskatchewan. The manager will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality guest experience, driving financial performance and fostering a welcoming community hub.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including inventory, supplies, maintenance, cleanliness and presentation.
• Drive financial success by tracking sales, managing budgets, controlling food, paper and labour costs, and using CPP data to maximise profit.
• Recruit, train and develop a team of 5‑10 staff members, create schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by enforcing service standards, handling discipline and ensuring compliance with health, safety and legislation.
• Prepare reports, engage with the local community and uphold the “Always Fresh” standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of supervisory experience; management experience is an asset.
• Experience in the food service industry, preferably with Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict‑management abilities.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, team members and suppliers.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and electronic cash registers.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
