Territory Manager – Advanced Wound Dressings (Alberta)

About the role

Coloplast is expanding its Advanced Wound Dressings sales team in Alberta. The Territory Manager will drive sales growth, build relationships with home‑care customers and support the company’s mission to improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account‑level strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product in‑services, market analysis and competitive monitoring.
• Build consensus among multiple stakeholders and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Manage CRM data, sales reporting and expense administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of successful medical‑device sales experience.
• Proven ability to travel within the territory and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the United States for training or meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for information management.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Experience with ShowPad or similar visual sales platforms.
