Member Experience Associate – Openers/Closers

About the role

Join the Member Experience team at Movati Athletic in Edmonton and help create a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy environment for club members. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the club’s retail operations, including the café and pro‑shop.
• Complete cleaning duties safely and promptly to maintain a tidy environment.
• Stay informed about programs, products, and services and promote them to members.
• Handle all sales transactions accurately.
• Perform administrative tasks with consistent five‑star service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or fitness.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, maintained throughout employment.
