About the role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a temporary part‑time Trainer to support the Collections Operations West team in Winnipeg. The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence for at least 40% of work time, and focuses on delivering and maintaining supply‑chain training in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs by reviewing procedures, regulations, and competency gaps.
• Maintain accurate training records, align materials with national standards, and report on training status.
• Deliver and schedule training sessions, coordinate with other departments, and distribute controlled documents.
• Conduct periodic reviews of GMP adherence, non‑conformance reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support new projects by performing gap analyses, preparing change‑control requests, and creating transition plans.
