Temporary Full-Time Scheduler – Central Scheduling Office

About the role
The Scheduler supports the Resource Teams and the Central Scheduling Office by handling a range of administrative scheduling tasks. This temporary full‑time position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure staff are scheduled accurately according to collective agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute administrative scheduling duties using the KRONOS Electronic Scheduling Program (ESP).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather scheduling requirements and resolve conflicts.
- Reference ONA and SEIU collective agreements regularly to maintain compliance.
- Ensure staff schedules align with agreement parameters and operational needs.
Required profile
- Completion of at least one year of a Community College program in office administration, human resources, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a high‑pace, high‑volume healthcare environment.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Strong telephone and customer‑service skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
