Telephone Sales Agent (Hybrid)

About the role
The Telephone Sales Agent will join Canada Startups’ sales team to promote advertised products over the phone. Working in a hybrid setting, you will split time between the office in Etobicoke and a remote workspace, engaging prospective customers and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear information about advertised products to potential customers.
- Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls to qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and outcomes.
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to refine scripts and strategies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in telephone or outbound sales.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
- Fluency in English or French.
