Call Center Representative

About the role

Join Prudent Benefits Administration Services Inc. as a Call Center Representative in Etobicoke. You will be the primary point of contact for plan members and beneficiaries, handling inquiries, processing forms, and providing status updates.

Key responsibilities

• Answer member calls, respond to standard questions, and assist with form completion.
• Provide status updates on documentation and payments, and log requests for retirement, termination, or death.
• Maintain accurate records by updating contact information in the database.
• Assist with mailing of documents, prepare reports, and attend meetings as required.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Customer service background, preferably call‑centre experience, with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime and pursue continuing education.
