Tele-Interviewer – Remote Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Dynacare as a Tele‑Interviewer working from home, conducting scheduled telephone interviews with insurance applicants. You will collect detailed lifestyle and medical information, ensuring accurate documentation while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 20‑60 minute telephone interviews with insurance applicants, collecting detailed lifestyle and medical history using standardized questionnaires.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule and honor daily appointments, and ensure accurate transcription of applicant responses.
• Collaborate with the team to meet quality‑assurance and productivity targets, including follow‑up calls as needed.

Required profile

• College diploma in a relevant field such as Health Sciences or equivalent post‑secondary education.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Experience with manual call transcription and familiarity with medical terminology is an asset.
• Ability to work evenings (EST) and Saturdays, remotely from Brampton.
